Your tasks:
1. Setup and development of a modern accounting structure for Talanx cedents. in Latin America
2. Verification and balancing of reinsurance data in order to process statements of accounts
and balances for Talanx AG and Talanx Reinsurance Broker
3. Quality management, coordination and on-time delivery of accounting data for internal and external clients
4. Collaboration and support for the development and optimization of technical tools and applications used within the accounting process
5. Communication with internal and external clients in an internationally formed environment
Accounting Reconciliation of reinsurance Statements of account
6. Development of standardization of the Accounting Process for Cedents
Your profile:
7. Professional education (. economics, comparable studies or qualification)
8. Ideally work experience in Insurance and/or reinsurance, financial or technical accounting
9. Ideally work experience with reinsurance accounting systems (ProRis, Re7, SAP FS-RI)
10. Ambitious and empathic team player, geared towards taking over new tasks and facing new challenges
11. Open and solution-oriented mindset
12. Confident handling of Microsoft Excel and other MS Office software, familiar with tools to deal with large data set (SQL, Power-BI)
13. Fluent in German and English, other languages as Portuguese, Spanish would be an advantage
