The TT/GP - Global Indirect Procurement department is responsible for the procurement of non-production materials and services. As procurement experts, we cover a wide range of material groups, including logistics and transportation, production equipment, energy, engineering services, IT, as well as marketing and events.
Our "Systems & Tools" team (TT/GP3-4) acts as a Center of Excellence, responsible for the design and implementation of procurement tools and applied systems. Furthermore, we are responsible for the introduction of a new global indirect procurement system.

Aufgaben
* You will work on a project aiming at implementing a new global indirect procurement software in close coordination with buyers, IT specialist and cross-functional departments
* In doing so, you can take responsibility for further sub-projects as well as diverse and exciting tasks, with a significant impact on the entire organization
* You will support the implementation of the new global indirect procurement system and the associated coordination with global procurement locations (Iberia, Germany, Turkey USA, Brazil, Japan, India, ...)
* You will create presentations to support top management decisions
* You can apply your IT knowledge regarding software solutions and work simultaneously with common MS Office programs
Profil
THAT'S WHY YOU ARE A MATCH
* Successfully completed studies, e.g., in the fields of economics, industrial engineering, business informatics, or a comparable qualification obtained through other means
* Experience in procurement functions or in a procurement-related IT environment with enthusiasm for new technologies, software, and IT
* Experience in project management and process documentation
* Commitment and strong team skills, as well as an analytical mindset and strategic approach
* Proficient German and English language skills, both written and spoken
