Your responsibilities:
* You are responsible for ensuring cleanliness in all public areas and hotel rooms
* Coordinating and communicating with housekeeping assistants, room attendants, external contractors and the laundry department
* Monitoring the care of VIP and regular guests, as well as their rooms
* All administrative tasks, such as monitoring budget figures, preparing monthly reports and holiday planning
* Preparing and monitoring duty rosters and staff planning
* Making decisions based on economic and sustainability considerations, e.g. in procurement
* Monitoring all standards within the housekeeping department
* Leading, developing and motivating team members and trainees
What we expect from you:
* Several years’ professional experience in a company of a similar size and calibre
* A goal-oriented approach to work
* Excellent time management skills
* You are able to complete tasks within clear deadlines and set priorities
* Strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to handle complaints
* A confident and professional manner
* Attention to detail and high standards of quality
* You are flexible and open to new challenges
* You have excellent written and spoken German and English; additional foreign languages are an advantage
* You have basic IT skills in using Microsoft Office tools
* Highly customer-focused and service-oriented
* You are keen to take on responsibility in the relevant area of work and demonstrate a willingness to perform and a high level of self-motivation
