You can look forward to
* Processing and checking incoming reinsurance settlements
* Preparing outgoing reinsurance settlements, including determining the figures to be settled
* Current account processing of incoming and outgoing payments
* Processing and preparation of claims notifications including technical sanction checks
* Correspondence and coordination with internal and external customers worldwide
* Collaboration in working groups and projects for the digitalisation and further development of processes
You come equipped with
* Experience in billing and current account processing, ideally of (re)insurance contracts
* Completed commercial training in insurance, banking, accounting or tax - alternatively, you have further training as a business administrator with a corresponding specialisation or a business degree
* Confident handling of Microsoft Office, in particular very good knowledge of Excel
* Very good knowledge of German at a business fluent level
* Good knowledge of English, which you can use confidently, especially in writing
* Strong understanding of financial interrelationships
* Independent and structured way of working with high quality standards
* Strong communication skills and enjoy working together and engaging in constructive dialogue in interdisciplinary teams
* Willingness and curiosity to familiarise yourself with new IT technologies and tools
