We are seeking a dedicated Service Specialist Supervisor to oversee the execution of service projects across security technology, fire alarm systems, and building automation. In this role, you will manage people, processes, and resources to ensure seamless project delivery, outstanding quality standards, and strong customer relationships.

Oversee end-to-end execution of service projects, including staff planning, material ordering, scheduling, and cost control
Manage project changes and maintain clear, continuous communication with customers
Ensure accurate project documentation, including timelines, status updates, and material tracking
Act as the primary customer contact for all service-related matters
Monitor project costs, billing, revenue, and profitability
Ensure timely contract renewals and identify opportunities for service expansion
Oversee onsite service operations and support functions (estimating, quotations, payroll, collections)
Promote and enforce high standards of health, safety, and quality across all projects
Experience with security systems: intrusion detection, fire alarm systems, access control, video surveillance, and integrated security solutions
Field service experience: installation, inspection, site visits, and quotation development
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in project management, field service, or engineering
Background in at least one of the following: security technology, fire alarm systems, building automation, healthcare infrastructure
