This function is part of the Client Register - LUX Team, and report directly to the Client Register Team Leader.
Your role
* Open, enhance and manage PEUSA and FPS / PAM private, professional, and institutional customer accounts and maintain static data and documents in dedicated IT systems.
* Ensure quality controls (4Y and consistency).
* Take care of "Cotation" activities, i.e., verify signatures, block/unblock accounts and authorize transfers.
* Ensure credit card follow-up (applications, cancellations, blocking/unblocking, settlements, trouble shooting, contact with provider).
* Ensure the completeness of customer data to meet the needs of all business and regulatory reporting.
* Write and keep up to date procedures relating to the department's activities.
Your profile
* Bachelor's degree in Business administration, finance, or a related field.
* 5 to 7 years' experience in senior administrative roles, preferably within the banking or financial services industry.
* IT skills: Avaloq, VIP, DDB, Allfunds, Suite office, Appway.
* Banking knowledge: good knowledge of the Group's activities, particularly those involving direct collaboration.
* Legal knowledge: practical knowledge of current regulations, particularly those concerning static customer data.
* Rigor and method.
* Analytical and critical thinking skills.
* Sense of service and communication.
