Key Responsibilities:
* Customer Relationship Management: Coordinate and manage customer walk-ins at the branch.
* Clearly explain gold loan product details, features, and benefits to customers.
* Conduct thorough needs analysis to suggest suitable gold loan schemes.
* Gold Valuation and Assessment: Perform accurate self-gold valuation to determine eligible loan amounts.
* Manage and oversee the external gold valuation process, ensuring adherence to established procedures and effective interaction with third-party valuators.
* System Management and Documentation: Accurately update all valuation details in the Gold Portal and the loan booking system.
* Ensure all necessary documentation is completed for loan processing.
* Loan Processing and TAT Adherence: Facilitate and ensure the timely completion of the gold loan processing within stipulated turnaround times (TAT).
Qualifications:
* Proven ability to manage customer interactions effectively.
* Strong understanding of gold valuation processes.
* Proficiency in using loan management systems and portals.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
