* You will coordinate, in this role based at our headquarters in Remscheid, the organizational training management activities within the scope of our digitalization program (DPW) at the Vaillant Group - by supporting the Change Managers, you will ensure the successful implementation of change projects
* You maintain an overview of all training activities within the DPW environment by working closely with the process owners of the training content and coordinating content planning, creation, and revision
* Through your critical analysis and, where necessary, adjustment of processes and training activities, you provide valuable input to process owners and help them fully realize their development potential
* You support the further development of Vaillant Group Business Process Management and will take responsibility for projects and project work packages as (sub)-project lead
* To continuously improve our high-quality and engaging learning content on our training platform (Datango), you develop onboarding trainings for new authors, define standards, and empower teams to create effective learning materials
* Acting as a valued consultant and change ambassador, you support relevant stakeholders in driving improvements across the entire value chain
* By preparing and facilitating workshops, you help identify process improvements and support their successful execution in collaboration with stakeholders
What makes us successful together
* Qualification: A bachelor’s or higher degree in media pedagogy, instructional design, business psychology, or related fields
* Must-Have: Proven, several years of professional experience in training and change management, particularly in coordinating training or change processes, with a track record of successfully leading initiatives
* Experience: Expertise in the didactic design of training programs; ideally, experience in international rollout projects involving diverse teams and process management
* Tools: You independently familiarize yourself with our IT tool (Datango) and actively apply your IT affinity to the design and maintenance of learning content
* Personality: High level of initiative, assertiveness, motivation, global mindset, and strong team orientation
* Skills & languages: You have excellent analytical, communicational, facilitating and social skills and you are fluent in business English and German
