We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated professional to support the Director in operational and administrative activities. This role offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with international artists, companies, and brands in the emerging Location-Based Entertainment industry.

Key Responsibilities:\
\
* Assist the Director in daily tasks, ensuring smooth office operations and managing administrative duties.
\
* Coordinate meetings, events, and projects, utilizing your organizational skills to ensure timely completion.
\
* Design and create engaging presentations, as well as documentation for various stakeholders.
\
* Develop and execute social media strategies, creating and publishing content that engages our community.
\
* Nurture relationships with international artists, partners, and influencers, fostering collaborations and partnerships.
\
* Conduct thorough research on innovative projects, artist profiles, and market trends to stay ahead in the field.
\
Requirements:\
\
* Excellent language skills in English, French, and German; knowledge of Luxembourgish is an asset.
\
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
\
* Prior experience in assistant roles, particularly working with brands and companies (corporates), is highly valued.
\
* Familiarity with social media and influencer management would be a plus.
\
* Proficient use of MS Office, especially PowerPoint, as well as digital tools and social media platforms.
\
* Strong organizational skills, with a structured, independent, and proactive work style.
\
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with artists, partners, and guests from around the world.
\
