Sales Manager DACH
As a seasoned sales professional in the DACH region, you will be responsible for expanding our product range and regional sales strategy. This is a high-impact role with real business development responsibilities.
Your Mission
* Develop and maintain existing client relationships to ensure loyalty and satisfaction.
* Acquire new clients across the region.
* Travel regularly to meet clients, understand their challenges, and propose tailored solutions.
* Utilize CRM, SharePoint, and SAP tools to manage opportunities and collaborate with colleagues.
* Deliver impactful presentations, proposals, and contracts.
* Maintain market awareness and competitor intelligence to anticipate risks and opportunities.
* Achieve consistent (or exceed) sales targets.
Required Skills and Qualifications
You must have:
* Proven sales experience (ideally in the DACH region).
* Strong knowledge of CRM systems, SharePoint, and SAP.
* Motivation and flexibility to travel regularly within the DACH region.
* Fluency in German and English (French is a plus).
* A proven track record in business development.
Additionally, you should possess:
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

* Comfortable working independently from a home office or at our HQ in Luxembourg.
