We are looking for you to join our headquarters in Hamburg's HafenCity in full-time (38.5 h/week)!
Your new job includes
As Senior Labor Law Manager you are the central contact person for all labor law issues.
In particular, you will
* advise our executives on all labor law issues, particularly in the international tender busines
* work closely with the Group Works Council and local Works Councils at the sites as a contact and negotiating partner for the works constitution committees
* represent the interests of Gebr. Heinemann in labor court proceedings and cooperate with our external lawyers
* design and conduct labor law training courses for managers
* take responsibility for and support cross-divisional projects
Preferred Profile
* A successfully completed degree in law
* Several years of professional experience in labor law in a commercial enterprise, ideally from the retail sector, and preferably experience in project work
* Experience in working with various works council constellations and, in addition, sound knowledge of individual and collective labor law
* Fluent in written and spoken German and English
* High degree of mobility and willingness to work at different locations within Germany.
* Consistent pursuit of goals with diplomatic skills characterize you as well as your independent and structured way of working
* You can recognize yourself in our family value system and, thanks to your empathetic and confident manner, you have an easy but negotiable way of dealing with the various interest groups and committees.
