CMF's Patient Specific Solutions team specializes in mass-producing products that are entirely unique — each implant individually designed and manufactured to serve a single patient. As part of our Project Management Office for Patient Specific Solutions (PSS), you’ll play a key role in driving innovation that directly improves patient care. You will lead diverse teams, manage complex projects, and contribute to shaping the next generation of patient specific products & solutions.
Work across a mix of hardware, software, and process improve ment projects – managing initiatives that shape both our products and the way we manufacture.
L ead the team with autonomy in the development of the project charter and management plan.
Direct, manage, monitor, and control projects. Evaluate tradeoffs within project scope, timeline, resources and budget.
C ollaborate with project stakeholders to develop, manage, and own project scope.
Own the project schedule.
D evelop and manage the detailed project Gantt chart.
C ollaborate with cross-functional managers to define project budget
D evelop a risk management plan for the project. Identify, analyze, and understand project risks; E stimate, acquire and assign cross-functional project resources.
In this role, you’ll have visibility across multiple functions and the opportunity to influence strategic decisions through strong project leadership and PMO best practices.
Drives results in support of the business, even under demanding timelines. Adept at team management selects the right people for the right tasks while maintaining team morale and recognizing contributions.
Incorporates end-user feedback to refine scope through the project lifecycle and communicates changes, updates, and decisions to key stakeholders.
Exercises good judgment and can weigh benefits and risks to make sound decisions despite ambiguity.
Familiar with agile project management methods (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and able to apply them effectively within a corporate environment typically driven by Waterfall processes.
Experience in balancing hybrid project approaches (Waterfall and Agile) to support efficient delivery of both hardware and software medical device projects is preferred.
Lean, Six Sigma) is considered a plus
