• Verwaltung der eingehenden Aufgaben für den technischen Support
• Verwaltung einer Datenbank für abgeschlossene Aufgaben
• Unterstützung des technischen Support-Teams im Teileidentifikationsprozess
• Unterstützung der technischen Trainer (m/w/d) bei ihren Vorbereitungen

WAS SIE MITBRINGEN SOLLTEN

• L aufendes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder vergleichbar
• Gute grundlegende technische Lkw-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
• Gute Kenntnisse von Datenbanksystemen und SAP
• Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Genaue und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
