Your missions
The Quality Inspector has the responsibility to check and control all assembly operations on production line, Flight Test and Delivery Center. Ideally with a starting date in September, you will be primarily responsible for conducting inspections on H160 Airbus Helicopters. Activities
* Mechanical, Electrical and Structural Inspections
* Sealant, paint and Skin Panel inspection
* Inspection of composite and metallic materials
* Carryout Brackets, Fasteners, Riveting inspections
* Perform final checks and closure of points
* Prepare DQ1 Technical Documentation and requests for concessions
* Ensure quality assessment, NC mapping and defect characterization (Structure and Skin panels)
* Carryout NCs Creation and Management
* Implement and apply internal procedures regarding quality, safety and security
* Ensure the follow-up file on work orders on aircraft, non-conformities in Airbus system
* Declare the failures of the quality system and the non-conformities of the product
Operational supervisor: Activity Manager & Work Package Responsible / Team Leader & Operation Leader.
Your profile
* Knowledge of the aeronautical environment (security, safety and quality measures)
* Strong Experience with Airbus aircrafts/helicopters in Electrical, Mechanical & structural Inspection (Brackets, electrical, pipes, sealant, drilling, hydraulic, fuel tank etc.)
* Experience in reading and understanding technical documentations like structural drawings, work orders, maintenance manuals etc.
* Familiar with computer programs: MS Office programs, SAP, and Airbus internal tools (Zamiz, Tandem, ACPnG, IBM etc.)
* Knowledge of the follow-up tools (TLB, QLB, etc)
* Have Customer-oriented approach (listening, offering support and deliver on time)
* Familiar with measurement tools: Voltmeter, multimeter, gapgun, etc.
* Ability to detect, report non-conformities and make sure they are corrected
* Familiar with report writing (accurate and straight to the point)
* Good communication skills
* Manage the convocations of the customer
* Ensure, if necessary, presentations to the Customer
* Driving license is mandatory
* Permanent travel between Donauwörth and Marignane (France)
* Fluent in English: C1/C2
* German and French languages are a plus
