* Job Description:
* As an administrative assistant to the Dean of the Faculty of Humanities, Education and Social Sciences (FHSE), you will provide comprehensive support to the Dean's activities and work closely with the existing team.
* You will be responsible for calendar management, travel arrangements, correspondence, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the Dean's office.
* This role requires excellent organizational skills, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, analytical skills, attention to detail, and a sense of initiative and responsibility.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* At least 6 years of professional experience in administration
* Fluent writing and editing skills in English and at least one additional language (French or German)
* Strong knowledge of MS Office applications and database management
* Knowledge of SAP and BI systems is an asset
