Head of Technical - Forschungszulage (m/f/d) Leonid Group has been retained by a growing organisation to identify a Head of Forschungszulage. Based in Düsseldorf, this full-time role offers a hybrid working model with ad hoc travel for client meetings and industry events. This position will lead a team of experienced technical consultants, overseeing the delivery of high-quality Forschungszulage claims and ensuring compliance with German regulations. The successful candidate will combine strong leadership with deep technical knowledge and a client-focused mindset. Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of R&D technical consultants, driving high-quality delivery and consistency. Manage client relationships and act as a trusted advisor on R&D tax matters. Review and approve technical documentation and project narratives to ensure compliance with the Forschungzulagengesetz (FZulG). Monitor legislative updates and ensure internal processes align with evolving FZulG guidelines. Support team development and training initiatives.
