This role is based at Berlin-Brandenburg Airport (BER), one of Europe's most important transport hubs, where you'll delight travellers with donuts and specialty coffee in a dynamic, international workplace.
Our airport store operates from early mornings through late evenings, including weekends and public holidays — flexibility with shift work is essential. Opening shifts start as early as 4:00am and closing shifts last until 22:00pm. There's no classic 9-to-5 here, but in return you'll experience real variety: flight schedules, rush hours and an international crowd ensure that no two days are the same.
For working at the airport, all team members need to apply for an airport ID badge (Flughafenausweis) and a security clearance according to

Our airport store will open this summer, and we'd love for you to start with us at one of our other shops in the meantime.

About The Job
* As part of our Service / FOH Team, you'll be one of the faces of Brammibal's Donuts in an international airport setting, serving guests from all over the world with a big, warm smile: helping them with your donut expertise, and making the most delicious coffee - these are the most important parts of your job.
* Teamwork is very important to us. You'll always be working alongside several team members, supporting each other and keeping things running smoothly during busy travel times.
* You will also help with the daily cleaning and organization in the store, so that the presentation of our donuts is always on point.
* Each of our stores is managed by a Shop Manager, who is your direct supervisor and will instruct and support you in your daily work. You'll never be left alone to figure things out: a member of our leadership team is always on site to support you, answer questions and help you grow into your role with confidence.

About You
* You love to put a smile on customers' faces and know exactly what is important in customer service
* You are trustworthy, reliable and punctual
* You have a health certificate (food hygiene certificate from the health department - you can catch up on this as soon as you know that you are starting with us)
* You have English and German language skills
* Experience in preparing speciality coffee
* Experience working in restaurants / cafes / hospitality / customer service oriented field
* You are available to work early mornings, late evenings, weekends and public holidays
* You are available at least 2-3 days per week (we do not offer mini-jobs - you would need to be available at least 16-20 hours per week)
* Important: You're looking for a long-term role and feel excited about working in the lively, international atmosphere of an airport
* Willingness to complete the airport security clearance process, including paperwork, background check (
* 7 LuftSiG), airport safety quiz, and in-person appointments for your airport ID badge (we'll fully support you throughout)

* Hourly starting wage of €13.90, based on the current collective wage agreement for system gastronomy, with clear pay levels and regular raises plus tips
* Tax-free shift bonuses: +25% for early morning hours (4–6am), evening hours (8–10pm) and all hours worked on Sundays, as well as +100% on public holidays in Brandenburg
