We are currently expanding to Germany and looking for an experienced operator to join us on the ground. This is a both strategic and operational role with core focus on operational effectiveness and market expansion — while still having exposure to strategic decision-making and growth initiatives.
You’ll be the go-to person for solving cross-functional bottlenecks, improving daily operations, and helping the leadership team execute high-priority projects. You’ll own internal workflows, coordinate logistics and customer-facing processes, and make sure the business runs smoother as it scales.
What You’ll Do
* Partner directly with the CEO on a wide range of business priorities — with a strong focus on operations and growth in Germany.
* Identify inefficiencies across logistics, customer service, payment handling and returns — and improve them
* Design and implement scalable processes across the org
* Build internal dashboards and operational reporting
* Own ad hoc analysis, decision briefs, and internal memos for the leadership team
* Stay one step ahead of where operational stress will hit as we scale and expand to new markets — and act early
Who You Are
* 4+ years of experience in consulting, operations, business strategy, e-commerce, logistics, or startup execution roles
* Sharp analytical and process design skills — you think in systems and love fixing broken ones
* Extremely organized, hands-on, and comfortable wearing multiple hats
* Confident in breaking down ambiguous problems into practical, actionable plans
* You thrive in high-velocity environments where ownership is real and no task is too small
* German and English fluency required.
* Bonus if you’ve worked in industries like e-commerce, fintech, marketplaces, or logistics
