Key Responsibilities
* Support property transactions, including leasing and sales activities
* Plan and execute workplace fit-out projects
* Collaborate with international colleagues on property matters
* Research and analyze market data to support internal processes
* Prepare presentations for stakeholders
* Coordinate and collect official documents from authorities
* Assist in preparing property valuations and expert reports
* Maintain and update lease administration software, including gathering missing documentation and supporting global portfolio management
Requirements
* A degree or completed vocational training in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field
* Initial experience in the real estate sector is a plus
* Fluency in both German and English
* Proficient use of MS Office and confidence working with software, tools, and AI
* Independent and structured work style, high self-motivation
* Effective collaboration in international teams and across cultures
* Positive attitude, quick learning, and willingness to take on new challenges
* Ready to grow within the role and travel occasionally if required
