Account Executive – ERP / SaaS Solutions

💼 About the Role
Reporting to the GM, the Account Executive is responsible for identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities. You'll focus on acquiring new customers, especially for theIR ERP platform and connected software products, including migration from legacy systems within the group.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
* Own the end-to-end sales cycle—from outbound lead generation to deal closure
* Build a qualified sales pipeline and exceed revenue targets
* Deliver tailored product demos, proposals, and pricing in collaboration with Pre-Sales
* Use CRM tools for structured pipeline and opportunity management
* Analyze market trends and drive strategic outreach in target industries
* Partner with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to deliver top-tier customer experiences
✅ What You Bring
* Proven success in B2B solution selling (ERP, SaaS preferred)
* At least 2 years’ experience in new business development and C-level sales
* A BDR, SDR, Field Sales track record
* CRM expertise and structured, disciplined sales approach
* Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
* Entrepreneurial mindset, proactive attitude, and hunger for success
