Job Title Commercial Policy & Pricing Manager (m/w/d) HS/Service DACH Job Description Join the Western Commercial Policy & Pricing Team (CP&P) as the Commercial Policy & Pricing Manager (m/w/d) HS/Service DACH. In this role, you will manage the regional Commercial & Pricing Policy, ensuring alignment with the global framework and European guidelines. You will act as the primary interface between diverse teams—sales, marketing, finance, and legal—working collaboratively to optimize pricing and distribution strategies. All this while maintaining the highest standards of integrity and adherence to the CP&P framework. Your role: Price Setting Development of methods to optimize pricing in DACH and Europe Price Execution Business partnering with the sales team to develop offers for deals, tenders, framework agreements, and LSPs, and to ensure consistent application of discount models Implementation of the annual price indexation of Service Target Prices and support for the annual service contract price indexations. Service Country Target Prices should align with the international and European pricing strategy Support and execution of optimization projects related to processes and tools Price Governance Development and application of price approval procedures for various business scenarios (individual deals, tenders, framework agreements, LSP) Analysis of KPIs for Commercial Policy & Pricing (especially: Price Realization) and implementation of corrective actions (together with Sales, Marketing & Finance) to continuously improve Philips’ performance Great, if you have the following: experience in similar commercial business partnering roles First experience in an international group Excellent organizational and analytical skills and strong interpersonal and communication skills Comfortable with tools & systems and advanced Excel skills with experience of scenario modelling Eagerness to work with colleagues across European Market Ideally in-depth experience in the Health Systems industry: driven by a strong external focus understanding the industry and market dynamics Problem Solving skills. Able to find solutions to difficult or complex issues.
