About the position:

HIKMICRO is looking for a Human Resources Admin Intern to join our Europe HR Department. In this role, you will work closely with both the Human Resources and General Affairs teams to support the administration of employee benefits, such as company cars and housing.


This internship offers a valuable learning opportunity to gain hands-on experience in corporate HR procedures, stakeholder communication, and operational support. It’s an ideal starting point for someone interested in pursuing a career in HR, employee services, or facility management.


* Start date: As soon as possible (July & August)
* Duration: At least 4 months, longer availability is preferable
* Work location: On-site in Frankfurt



Responsibilities:

As an HR Intern at HIKMICRO, you will support a variety of HR operations across recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and administration, gaining valuable hands-on experience in an international work environment.


Recruitment & Onboarding:

* Assist in the recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, mapping, and interview coordination.
* Support onboarding and offboarding procedures, such as preparing contracts, laptops, and business cards.


Payroll & Employee Data Management:

* Help prepare payroll inputs for the Netherlands and Germany, including tracking absences, calculating travel allowances, and performance bonuses.
* Maintain and update employee information across HR platforms and internal files.
* Address HR-related queries from employees in a timely and accurate manner.


Administrative Support:

* Liaise with car dealers in the DACH region and the Netherlands, aligning timelines and expectations while ensuring compliance with company policies.
* Process invoices from service providers and maintain accurate records.
* Support communication with German government authorities and monitor incoming physical mail.




You are the perfect candidate, if you:


* Have business proficiency in English, German and Chinese.
* Are legally eligible to work in Germany and looking for a hands-on opportunity to grow your HR career
* Have an academic background in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
* Are available for at least 4 months and can commit to 3 working days per week
* Enjoy communicating with people, solving problems, and working with details
