We are looking for an IT network administrator (m/f/d) to join our IT department as soon as possible on a full-time or part-time basis%). The position is open-ended.

What you bring with you
* Completed training in the field of IT, e.g. IT specialist (m/f/d) for system integration or comparable qualification
* Ideally: several years of professional experience
* Experience in the administration of networks (CISCO ISE / Catalyst Center) and telecommunication systems
* Basics in MDM
* Problem-solving oriented, independent way of working
* Strong hands-on mentality and very good communication skills
* Willingness to always learn new things
* Ability to work in a team and willingness to cooperate

* Management of the CISCO Catalyst Switch and the CISCO WLC environment
* Support of the network environment
* Support of the PBX environment (Avaya / Ascom)
* Problem-solving processes in 2nd and 3rd level support
* Active and conceptual collaboration on projects relating to IT service operations
* Implementing and monitoring IT security measures
* Documenting and adapting our systems to the latest requirements
* Monitoring the IT infrastructure and system availability using the established PRTG monitoring system
* Coordination of external service providers
