DJI Niederlauer Office is looking for HR Generalist who will be responsible for performing HR-related daily duties and delivering companywide HR initiatives. This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: recruitment coordination, onboarding, performance management, employee record keeping, payroll administration, benefit administration, training on work ethics compliance, employee action and termination process management and HR related policies implementation.


Core Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the development and improvement of departmental manpower planning and personnel regulations.

• Responsible for completing local recruitment requirements, including but not limited to sourcing candidates, screening resumes and coordinating interviews.

• Performance management, assist in completing the employee performance appraisal process.

• Employee attendance management, maintain the attendance system and analyse attendance data.

• Responsible for onboarding/departure process, internal transfer process and work visa related work.

• Organize team building activities and arrange employee benefits.

• Manage employee relations, maintain and collect employee data, process HR related documents.

• Any other HR related duties may be assigned.


Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Sociology, Psychology or Public Policy or other related majors

• 1- 3 Years of practical local HR experience

• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Highly skilled at time management, problem solving, and conflict resolution

• Ability to take initiatives and be proactive and confident

• Strong communication and coordination skills

• Native Mandarin speaker, fluent in German and English as working language.
