Key Responsibilities:
- Performing various administrative tasks, including archiving, email management, mail and phone calls management, document and report creation
- Specific tasks depending on the department of assignment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office package is required
- Knowledge of SAP software is a plus
- Fluency in French and/or English
- Experience in an international/European organization would be an asset
