Unified Communication System Administrator
The Infrastructure Services division for the Competence Center (KC) Network, Unified Communication (UC) team is seeking a skilled system administrator to manage and maintain unified communication systems.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and administer UC systems, including VoIP, video conferencing infrastructure, and unified messaging.
* Plan, conceive, and develop UC solutions, including contact center applications, attendant consoles, and video conferencing systems.
* Implement and maintain network protocols, WAN infrastructure, and data protection measures.
* Collaborate with customers to resolve technical issues and provide exceptional support.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's or university degree in computer science or equivalent relevant degree.
* Professional experience in UC system administration, contact center solutions, and video conferencing systems.
* Knowledge of networking protocols, WAN infrastructure, and data protection practices.
* Excellent customer service skills and project management experience.
