For a leading international industrial technology organization, we are currently conducting a confidential search for a Chief of Staff to the Chief People Officer (CPO) within a dynamic and transformation-driven environment.
This role is designed as a high-impact 18-month assignment, with a clear perspective to transition into a senior operational role within the organization.
Your mission:
You will act as a strategic and operational partner to the CPO, driving key initiatives across:
* HR & People Transformation
* Operating Model design and implementation
* Organizational effectiveness and strategic workforce topics
* Executive-level program and stakeholder management
Your profile:
* Background in top-tier consulting (e.g. BCG, McKinsey, Bain, Deloitte, Porsche Consulting, Strategy&, etc.)
* Typically at Engagement Manager / Project Leader / Senior Manager level
* Strong exposure to HR Transformation, Operating Models, and/or People Analytics
* Hands-on mindset with the ambition to transition from consulting into industry
* Ideally experience within industrial, engineering, or product-driven environments
Nice to have:
* Experience as HR Business Partner or within a People Analytics / HR CoE setup
* Exposure to complex, matrix organizations (e.g. ABB, Atlas Copco, Sandvik, Philips)
