As part of Performance Controlling, you gain financial management insights and play an active role in improving our finance processes and drive digitalization of controlling processes. You act as a trusted partner to internal stakeholders, translating business strategy into financial impact.How You’ll Make an Impact
10. Develop and maintain financial KPI frameworks aligned with long - term business objectives, automate reporting and create interactive dashboards for performance monitoring
11. Drive digitalization of controlling processes, in close collaboration with governance and data teams
12. Develop, maintain and enhance financial models to conduct scenario and sensitivity analysis to evaluate the potential impact of market fluctuations and strategic initiatives
13. Support profitability, trend, and ad - hoc analyses to support agile and informed decision - making
14. Communicate complex financial concepts and the results of analyses clearly and effectively to both financial and non - financial audiences
15. Provide support to team members by sharing expertise in digitalization concepts and solutions
What You Bring
16. University/master’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
17. Several years of relevant professional experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, reporting, and controlling within a multinational corporate environment
18. Highly developed analytical skills combined with a strong strategic mindset
19. Team-oriented with excellent collaboration and communication skills
20. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
21. Extensive experience in financial modeling, data analytics, and tools for data analysis and visualization (, Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud), with business-fluent English
