* Manage and grow business relationships with an assigned list of small businesses.
* Travel daily to meet local partners, promoting services and ensuring client satisfaction.
* Promote services, ensure client satisfaction, and close transactions.
* Work with basic reporting tools (Excel, company CRM).
* Represent the company professionally in the field.
Requirements
* Fluent German (spoken and written) for effective communication.
* Basic English for internal team communication.
* Valid Category B Driver's License and willingness to travel daily.
* Basic tech skills: Using Android smartphones, Windows computers, and Excel.
* Experience in shop or small business management, travel agencies, or client-facing roles is beneficial.
* Good communication, responsibility, and ability to work independently are essential.
