Your Job
What this role looks like.
* Supporting the Finance & Adminstration Strategy Lead with all relevant activities, such as successfully capturing and delivering value, managing stakeholders, evaluating product portfolios or developing, implementing and monitoring the strategy
* Performing preparatory work for and reporting to the International Committee in coordination with the Strategy Lead
* Serving as a point of contact for management within designated department with regard to feedback concerning the Finance & Administration strategy and ensuring strategic alignment across departments
* Collaborating closely with the Strategy Lead
* Serving as a sparring partner for the Innovation Management Expert when identifying technological trends and business needs
Your Profile
What you bring with you.
* Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, business informatics or a related field
* Structured, independent and self-organised working style
* Very good business acumen and understanding of the organisation’s business goals, strategies and industry trends, as well as how to calculate and capture value
* Very good communication skills and ability to coordinate between multiple stakeholders
* Strong analytical skills with initial experience in qualitative and quantitative analyses
* Openness for change and ability to drive change actively
* Business fluency in English and German
