Head of Sales - FinTech - Germany / Remote

Type : Permanent / Remote with occassional visit to the offices
Salary : up to €125k all in
We're looking for a strategic, people-focused Head of Sales to lead the AE and SDR teams for a fast-growing Fintech B2B SaaS company.
This is a leadership role focused on coaching, developing talent, and driving scalable sales processes—not an individual contributor role.
You’ll own the sales function, optimize performance, align closely with Marketing and Customer Success, and help shape our GTM strategy. Your focus will be on team development, process improvement (incl. HubSpot), and identifying growth opportunities, not day-to-day deal-closing.
What you bring :
* Proven sales leadership in SaaS
* Experience scaling B2B sales teams and processes
* Strategic mindset and strong communication skills
* Fluent in German and English
