Get to know the HR department of an international company and gain an insight into the daily business from the perspective of an Human Resources employee! Your future colleagues will be based in Duderstadt or Berlin, so you can usually choose one of the two workplaces - we always offer the option of working from a home office.
Duties & Responsibilities
* Supporting the Global HR Business Partners in strategic and conceptual topics
* Preparation and support of selection processes and interviews in the Recruiting team
* Human resources administration tasks such as the preparation of references or the entry of holiday applications and sick leave notifications
* Accounting of business trips and presentation of business travel processes for HR Travel Management
* Own responsibility for conceptualising content for our employer branding social media channels
* Preparation and implementation of workshops, creation of presentations, texts or training documents and responsibility for small projects
Profile
* You are a student (Bachelor's or Master's) in a business or economics degree programme
* Previous experience in the field of human resources is advantageous, for example through a specialisation in your studies or through internships/working student activities
* You have a good command of English and very good written and spoken German (C1)
* Ideally, you are proficient in the common MS Office tools, especially PowerPoint, Teams or Excel
* Personally, you are characterised by your communication skills, reliability and meticulous way of working. You also enjoy working independently and can quickly familiarise yourself with new IT applications
