Your Key Responsibilities
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Alliance Governance & Relationship Management:
o Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic partners in biosimilars collaborations.
o Establish and maintain governance structures (Joint Steering Committees, operational teams).
o Monitor alliance health and proactively resolve conflicts or misalignments.
* Performance Management:
o Track and report alliance KPIs, milestones, and contractual obligations.
o Ensure compliance with agreed terms and manage risk mitigation plans.
* Strategic Alignment:
o Drive alignment between partner objectives and internal business priorities.
o Facilitate joint decision‑making and ensure timely escalation of critical issues.
* Cross‑Functional Coordination:
o Collaborate with R&D, Regulatory, Legal, Finance, and Commercial teams to support alliance execution.
o Act as a liaison to ensure seamless communication and operational efficiency.
* Continuous Improvement:
o Identify opportunities to optimize alliance performance and value creation.
o Share best practices and lessons learned across the organization.
Essential Requirements
What you’ll bring to the role:
* Advanced degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or Business (MBA preferred).
* 15 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry, with at least 5 years in alliance management or BD roles.
* Strong understanding of biosimilars market dynamics, regulatory pathways, and commercialization.
* Proven ability to manage complex partnerships and governance structures.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
