Junior Governance Officer
We are seeking a diligent and well-organized Junior Governance Officer to manage client portfolios with all aspects of company law and fund regulation.
This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to work autonomously, and meeting tight deadlines.
The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of experience in corporate governance, preferably in the fund industry or a similar regulated environment.
* Responsibilities:
* Manage client portfolios with all aspects of company law and fund regulation.
* Organize board meetings, including minutes taking and follow-up on action points.
* Coordinate shareholders' meetings and draft resolutions.
* Review fund documentation with critical analysis.
* Maintain corporate files for your client base.
* Liaise with regulatory bodies, lawyers, and banks.
* Deliver high-quality services to clients in a timely manner.
Requirements
* Hold a degree in business administration, economics, law, or finance.
* Have a good understanding of the Luxembourg fund industry, its actors, laws, and regulations.
* Be fluent in English; any other language is considered an asset.
* Possess excellent communication skills and can act proactively.
* Be team-oriented.
