The role is positioned as a regional
Channel & Field Marketing Manager for DACH, focused primarily on execution and regional marketing delivery, rather than a strategic regional leadership position. The person in this role will work closely with regional sales teams and channel partners to execute marketing programs that drive partner engagement and pipeline generation.
The ideal candidate
is a hands-on regional marketer with strong experience working with channel partners and regional sales teams, who is comfortable owning marketing execution in the DACH region and driving partner-led demand generation activities.
What You’ll Do Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to support regional marketing activities related to customer and partner recruitment, enablement, and growth. Build and execute regional marketing plans and track program performance on a monthly and quarterly basis. Work with internal teams to understand available messaging and content and adapt it for channel partners in the region. Ensure that partner-facing communications and marketing materials reflect the company’s brand and messaging. Support regional channel leaders with the local execution of marketing programs, content, and communications. Create and deliver marketing campaigns and communication assets for channel partners. Execute digital demand generation programs to build awareness among customers, recruit partners, and support partners in acquiring new customers. Plan and execute regional field marketing events and partner activities. Support PR and analyst relations activities in the region. Track marketing program performance using tools such as Marketo, Salesforce, and other platforms. Prepare clear written and verbal updates to keep teams informed about campaign progress and results. Work with marketing and sales teams to continuously improve the execution of regional marketing programs.
What You’ll Bring Fluency in English and German (spoken and written) is mandatory. Strong channel marketing experience, including working with distributors and reseller partners in the DACH ecosystem. Regional execution mindset, with the ability to plan and execute partner campaigns, events, webinars, and demand generation activities. Strong alignment with sales, with experience working closely with regional sales teams to support pipeline generation. Ability to work with cross-functional teams to successfully launch and monitor new programs. Solid understanding of industry-standard channel programs. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Nice to have: Familiarity with Veeam and the Veeam partner ecosystem.
