Responsibilities Engage with customers in German through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat, addressing their inquiries and providing assistance. Support clients throughout the booking process, including making, modifying, and canceling reservations. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to bookings to enhance customer satisfaction. Document all customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system to maintain accurate records. Collaborate with internal teams to swiftly resolve complex customer issues and enhance the overall service experience. Stay informed about company policies, promotions, and travel offerings to deliver accurate information to customers. Requirements Fluency in German (both written and spoken), with proficiency in English being a plus. Experience in customer service, preferably within the travel or hospitality sectors.
