Our job opportunity
Today, we are currently recruiting an Emergency Response Manager.
Your responsibilities
*Your daily tasks
* Managing the airport emergency response committee and being the point of contact for all players involved in AEP (emergency services, airlines, etc.)
* Ensuring that the AEP (Airport Emergency Plans) manual is updated and translated into internal procedures
* Coordinating files and actions with partners in the AEP process
* Implementing and improving existing agreements with all emergency partner organizations
* Organizing and ensuring the effectiveness of the crisis unit at all times
* Organizing and implementing regular tests in connection with PEAs
* Periodically evaluating, updating and testing the terminal's evacuation plan
* Ensuring that all players are trained and that the necessary equipment for a complete evacuation is available from the start of the evacuation process until the OPS is restarted.
*Your other missions
* Participating in inclusion initiatives (e.g. Hidden Disabilities Sunflower project, for people with invisible disabilities).
* Participating in the integration of new employees
* Participating in waste sorting and energy saving through responsible behavior

The required profile
Studies / training
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Experience
5 years' experience in emergency and/or airport operations

Skills and knowledge required
*IT Tools
Mandatory:
Microsoft Office suite
*Languages:
Mandatory:
* French: fluent spoken and written (C1 minimum)
* English: fluent spoken and written (C1 minimum)
* Luxembourgish: operational level in the business (B1 minimum)
*Know-how and interpersonal skills specific to the job
In-depth knowledge of applicable aerodrome requirements, international and national standards and recommendations, ICAO, EASA and their interpretation.

* Valid permanent B driving licence
