Your tasks
9. Development, qualification and serialization of 3D-printed metallic helicopter components
10. Identification, definition and qualification of the (post-)process chain for new AM components
11. Planning, coordination, analysis and documentation of material testing campaigns
12. Management of materials development projects and research projects with external partners
13. Production support in the field of surface treatment and finishing
14. In-service support for metallic additive manufacturing components
Your profile
15. Completed studies (Master's/Diploma or PhD) in the field of materials science, additive manufacturing or a comparable discipline
16. Solid professional experience in additive metal manufacturing and materials testing (at least 5 years)
17. Relevant experience in aerospace and manufacturing engineering
18. Fluent English skills are required; German skills are necessary, French skills are an advantage.
19. Basic knowledge of surface treatment and ideally experience with Materialise Magics
20. Knowledge of the design of aerospace components (CATIA, FEM) is desirable.
