AufgabenThis role combines hands-on operational controlling work with senior-level responsibility, business partnering and ownership of dedicated expert areas including the following tasks:
- Hands-on financial analysis and reporting – performing variance analyses across the entire P&L to assess business performance and identify opportunities
- Expert ownership – taking responsibility for and continuously developing a dedicated controlling expert area, for example Data Management, Group Controlling or other strategic finance topics
- Process & tool optimization – driving the continuous enhancement of controlling instruments, reporting processes and automation initiatives to increase efficiency and transparency
- Budgeting & forecasting – actively steering the annual budget planning and quarterly forecasts, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
- Strategic business partnering – serving as a trusted sparring partner to business line managers and other departments in an international environment
Profil- You bring 4+ years of professional experience in controlling, FP&A or a comparable finance role, ideally in an international and dynamic environment. Leadership experience is a plus.
- You have successfully completed a degree in business administration, business informatics, engineering, mathematics or a comparable qualification.
- You have proven experience independently managing complex controlling topics and driving financial decision-making processes.
- You are highly proficient in Excel and bring strong experience with data/reporting tools such as Power Query, Power BI, ERP or FP&A systems.
- You proactively identify optimization potential and drive process improvements with a strategic mindset.
- You act as a trusted sparring partner for stakeholders and communicate confidently in English across different management levels. German skills are a plus.
