Your mission As Head of Sales, you’ll shape JUNA’s market presence, close deals, build a top-tier sales team, and champion the adoption of electric truck solutions across key markets. Work closely with the management to build JUNA’s market presence and lead the sales strategy across selected markets in line with the company’s long-term strategy. Understand the needs of our customers, advising them on the best electric truck solutions, negotiating contracts, and closing deals that align with our mission of sustainable logistics. Work hands on to build and develop a robust sales pipeline, lead the efforts from prospecting through deal closure, later transitioning into growing and leading a team of sales managers. Stay informed on industry trends and developments, positioning JUNA at the forefront of the electric transport revolution, and represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and other e vents to build relationships and generate leads. What That Looks Like In the first 6 months: Ramp Up Quickly: Gain a solid understanding of the e-truck and electrification industry — especially if you're not already coming from this space. Accelerate Deals: Take ownership of ongoing commercial discussions, closing key deals early to generate momentum and success. Build a Robust Sales Pipeline: Develop and implement outreach strategies, identify new prospects, and expand the pipeline in line with JUNA’s current sales strategy. Refine Sales Operations: Improve sales processes, streamline funnel stages, standardize reporting, and optimize CRM usage — including tracking of outreach, follow-ups, and customer interactions. Execute with a Critical Eye: Drive the current sales strategy while collecting customer feedback and offering suggestions for improvement. After 12 months: Build & Lead a Team: Hire, develop, and manage a team of junior sales professionals, fostering a high-performance culture. Shape the Strategy: Collaborate closely with the CEO and COO to evolve the sales strategy based on market dynamics and customer insights. Scale the Sales Organization: Define clear roles, set KPIs, and build a scalable commercial structure to support growth. Drive Sales Enablement: Partner with the tech team to implement scalable tools and automation that enhance sales effectiveness. Lead by Example: Act as a role model within JUNA — mentoring junior team members, shaping company culture, and serving as a go-to leader across the organization. Your profile Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field. Proven professional experience in sales and/or commerical roles 3 years) within the logistics or transportation sector is a must. Proficiency with Sales CRMs (Salesforce, Pipedrive, etc.) and a strong understanding of digital platforms. A true hunter mentality — relentlessly pursuing new customer leads with energy and focus. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts and the benefits of electrification to a diverse audience, while ensuring long-term engagement and trust. Agile and adaptive, comfortable wearing many hats — from pitching to new prospects, to negotiating deals, to identifying fresh opportunities — all while staying composed and results-oriented. Approach challenges with critical thinking and a problem-solving mindset, clearly communicating ti melines and responsibilities to keep work on track and teams aligned.
