Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure compliance with local and international legal and regulatory requirements
* Provide legal advice and support to internal teams on business operations
* Review, draft, and negotiate contracts and legal documents
* Monitor and interpret regulatory changes across different jurisdictions
* Work with external legal counsel when required
* Support corporate governance and internal policy development
* Identify legal risks and propose effective mitigation strategies
Education and Experience
* Bachelor's degree in Law Master Degree in Law or compatible fields would be a plus.
* Experience 5+ years in a contract department of a reputable in-house company, corporate secretarial or related function, preferably managing multiple jurisdictions or experience in an international law firm
Requirements
* Fluency in English (written and spoken); Russian is a strong advantage
* Proven experience working with multiple legal jurisdictions (e.g., Dubai, UK, Europe)
* Solid understanding of international regulatory frameworks
* MiFID II certification is required
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* High level of responsibility and attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
* Background in corporate or commercial law
* Experience working in an international environment
