Job Opportunity
This role involves providing professional services and delivering value to clients within their area of expertise, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of reports/information, and operating independently with in-depth knowledge of the business unit/function.
* Manage large and/or complex projects such as strategic change management, new business/product initiatives, process re-engineering, merger and acquisitions integration.
* Provide technical expertise for new or complex products/services and oversee the implementation of new processes.
* Responsible for identifying and addressing service issues as and when they arise.
Key Responsibilities:
* Cultivate and maintain working relationships with Relationship Managers, Client Service Delivery Managers, and other Service Managers.
* Act as the key client contact within area of expertise and follow up on day-to-day client queries and issue resolution.
* Assist clients and partners with complex problem resolution.
Requirements:
* Excellent oral and written communication skills are required.
* Knowledge of financial industry operations, including fiduciary services and use of trust systems is essential.
* Analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary.
