YOUR TASKS
1. You are responsible for the planning, management, and control of our most important PAYBACK monthly mailing "Punkte-Post" as well as partner-specific standalone mailings - the creative design is carried out by other departments.
2. You coordinate the adherence to timings and the punctual handover to the service provider.
3. You are familiar with the challenges of creating print media and coordinate with internal departments and external interfaces as part of the process.
4. You analyze the success of the measures and derive specific recommendations for action.
5. You optimize existing processes and are responsible for sub-projects for the continuous development of our area.
6. You are a professional in creating management-ready presentations and can present them appropriately to various stakeholders.
YOUR PROFILE
7. You have a completed university degree with a focus on marketing or a comparable qualification
8. You have at least five years of relevant professional experience in direct marketing on the company side and are familiar with the conception and implementation of print advertising materials
9. You can work with great attention to detail in operational execution, but also think conceptually and act proactively
10. A senior appearance, assertiveness, as well as service and result orientation characterize you
11. You have good analytical and structured thinking skills as well as an affinity for numbers and KPIs
12. You count a pronounced hands-on mentality among your strengths
13. You have very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
