Medical Facility Data Specialist — Level I (Entry)

French Consulting is seeking Medical Facility Data Specialists — Level I (Entry) to provide embedded, on-site support for the Defense Health Agency (DHA) Facility Database program at Military Treatment Facilities across the European Area of Responsibility. Your precision on the ground directly affects how DHA plans and executes billions in medical facility investments for the men and women in uniform.
Facility Data Management
You'll maintain DHA Facility Database records across facility and room inventory, equipment, project management, and regulatory compliance modules — keeping all data fields current, accurate, and compliant with DHA standards.
You'll conduct 100% Room Inventory per DHA taskers, upload drawings within 10 business days of receipt, flag expiring regulatory compliance items monthly, and administer the monthly work request closeout process.
You'll support active facility requirements in the Requirements Management module, track financial progress of design and construction projects, and maintain accurate Directory module contacts.
You'll coordinate with the AOR Manager and DHA Program Management on site-specific issues, reporting non-compliance and recommending corrective actions per DHA guidance.
You'll provide desk-side overviews of the DHA Facility Database to facility management and medical logistics personnel as requested by the Facility Manager.

You are thorough and reliable — you understand that incomplete facility data has real downstream consequences for DHA's capital planning. You communicate professionally with Facility Managers, Operations and Maintenance staff, and DHA personnel, and you know when to ask questions and when to execute. proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
Background in DHA facility database systems or medical facilities management is desirable but not required.
compliance with applicable Status of Forces Agreement (SOFA) for assigned European location.
bilingual skills in German, Italian, Turkish, or Spanish.
