We are looking for an experienced Sales Area Manager Latin America (m/f/x) for our location SCHROBENHAUSEN.
Your tasks:
1. Contribute to the development of the regional strategy, the annual plan and forecast by the regional sales director
2. Coordination the identification and processing of potential customers, as well as the implementation of marketing campaigns such as trade fair participation, advertising, and customer days in the area in collaboration with the Marketing department
3. Coordination and management of daily sales activities in the region to achieve sales targets, as well as offer and contract management
4. Proactively identifcation business opportunities among existing and potential customers and implement appropriate measures with the goal of concluding a contract
5. Support existing customers, provide solutions to customer problems that arise, establish a trusting, long-term partnership with customers and ensure the high level of satisfaction through appropriate measures
6. Provide input for the dissemination of information to headquarters regarding market, pricing, customer, and competitive developments, as well as ensure the development of success stories
7. Providation regular reports to regional sales directors, e.g., regarding the degree of goal achievement, opportunities, risks, and KPIs
8. Ensure an appropriate level of experience and expertise among agents and dealers and products
Your profile:
9. Completed training in a technical field, a commercial training with an affinity for technology or a degree with a technical background
10. Technical expertise, ideally in the field of specialized civil engineering
11. Willingness to travel (approx. 5 times a year)
12. Very good written and spoken English skills (additional Spanish or Portuguese skills are an advantage)
13. High level of intercultural competence
14. Ability to work independently as well as strong communication skills and customer focus and a structured approach to work
15. Willingness and ability to be trained in working with the SAP system, as well as in developing and monitoring regular follow-ups in the CRM
16. Capability to provide the Regional Sales Director with all relevant information to ensure access to the required data from the CRM and BI systems
