We are expanding our IT team and looking for a skilled Business Application Specialist – Market-to-Order (M2O) to strengthen and support our IT Applications & Business Solutions in the commercial planning and execution domains. In this role, you will work closely with the Group Solution Owner Integrated Business Planning to implement, optimise, and support key business applications such as Trade & Promotion Management (TPM), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and Demand Planning. Your contribution will help ensure our systems meet business needs and support Intersnack’s growth as a global leader in the food industry.

How you will spend your time as our next Business Application Specialist – Market-to-Order:
As our new Business Application Specialist – M2O, your top priority during your first months will be to learn, implement, and support our new Field Force CRM application. Additionally, you will support and improve other applications in the Market-to-Order domain throughout their entire lifecycle. You will serve as a link between business stakeholders and IT, ensuring our systems are reliable, user-friendly, and continuously evolving.
1. Learn, implement, and provide hands-on support for the Field Force CRM platform as part of a strategic roll-out.
2. Provide operational and lifecycle support for key Market-to-Order and Integrated Business Planning applications, with a strong focus on Trade & Promotion Management (currently using Blueplanner) and Demand Planning tools.
3. Translate business requirements into technical designs and configuration documents.
4. Analyze and coordinate monthly cloud-based code drops and manage upgrade processes.
5. Coordinate and participate in System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
6. Provide daily business support, troubleshooting issues, and managing support units.
7. Develop technical documentation in line with Intersnack’s IT standards.
8. Drive continuous improvement by creating roadmaps and optimizing system functionality.
9. Collaborate with business users to validate and refine processes.
What we expect of you:
10. Strong understanding of the Market-to-Order process and hands-on experience with CRM and/or TPM systems (e.g., Blueplanner), including implementation and post-go-live support; familiarity with Infor M3 is a strong plus.
11. Proven track record supporting full application lifecycles, from requirements to operation and continuous improvement.
12. Participation in multi-phase, global implementation projects is a plus.
13. Strong communication skills and the ability to bridge business needs with technical solutions.
14. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, matrix environment, with virtual teams across diverse cultures and geographies.
15. A strong command of spoken and written English is essential; German is a plus.
16. Willingness and ability to travel occasionally to support rollouts and team workshops.
