Aerospace
Lead tooling design and development for aerospace components (jigs, fixtures, gauges, molds, dies)
Act as technical focal/SPOC for German clients and internal stakeholders
Manage end-to-end tooling lifecycle : concept → design → validation → production support
Develop and review 3D/2D designs using CAD tools
Ensure compliance with aerospace standards and quality requirements
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (design, manufacturing, quality, suppliers)
Support tool prove-out, installation, and production readiness
Drive continuous improvement in tooling design for cost, quality, and efficiency
Bachelor’s/Master’s in Mechanical / Aerospace Engineering
Strong experience in tooling design & development (10–15 years)
Hands-on experience with:
Tooling for aerospace structures / precision components
