Role Overview: The Architecture & Portfolio Management (AP) team sets strategic guidelines for our service and IT architecture, aligning with customer, shareholder, and internal strategies. The Planning & Execution Management (PEM) area actively plans and steers our service portfolio's development.
Your Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage a team of approximately 20 members, overseeing resource deployment and target achievement.
2. Own the content of portfolio target images and medium- to long-term implementation planning aligned with BWI's strategy.
3. Manage IT architecture planning, infrastructure planning, and strategic implementation.
4. Contribute to cross-company service development and complex project management.
5. Handle budget responsibilities for your cost center and related development budgets, including CSI.
6. Advise top management and executive leadership.
7. Contribute to strategy development for Service Portfolio, SSD, and Technology.
Your Profile:
1. Degree in Business, Engineering, or Computer Science.
2. At least 6 years of relevant experience in IT enterprise architecture or portfolio management.
3. Proven leadership skills and experience managing technical projects.
4. Knowledge of Bundeswehr IT structures is advantageous.
5. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
6. Experience with agile methods and moderation.
7. Fluent in German and proficient in English.
