Independent handling of escalating customer complaints with a technical backgroundClarifying vehicle-related product issuesDeciding on warranty and goodwill claims based on the vehicle's technical condition, taking into account the workshop and service historyCustomer interface with our trading organization, including its support and repair servicesExamining and assessing the technical problems of (new) vehicles that are subject to return due to persistent quality issues; preparing decisions regarding vehicle returns.Processing of recourse claims taking into account (expert) reports and/or insurance-related information; preparing decisions for potential compensation measures.Responding to inquiries and complaints in a customer- and company-oriented balance; making independent, technically based decisions is required.Close collaboration with specialist departments such as the technical field service as well as national sales and after-sales regions.Telephone and written contact not only with customers directly, but also with their representatives such as technical consulting firms, specialized lawyers or trade media, as well as with the partners of our BMW/MINI sales organization.Initiating technical improvement measures to increase customer satisfaction and ensure quality based on the insights gained; interfaces here primarily involve C1 Aftersales, AQ-8x and AQ-1x.
