Site Leadership Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled leader to oversee the daily operations of our site, ensuring seamless customer service delivery.
This role requires strong team management and collaboration skills, as you will work closely with colleagues to standardise shift practices, streamline processes, and optimise productivity.
* Prioritisation and Time Management: You will need to effectively manage your time to meet deadlines and ensure efficient operations.
* Project Management: Oversee projects that aim to improve service quality, increase efficiency, and reduce costs.
A typical day in this role is varied, including routine management tasks, process improvement, and contingency planning. As a site leader, you will be a role model and mentor to new managers.
Our team manages all aspects of the service, from supply chain logistics to delivery and returns. We have ambitious plans to expand our network across Europe, with various roles available in delivery stations and specialist fulfilment centres.
Relevant experience includes:
* Leadership Experience: Proven track record of managing teams and leading change initiatives.
* Data Analysis: Ability to interpret data and use insights to inform business decisions.
* Communication Skills: Advanced proficiency in verbal and written English and local language.
